In Africa people come to eat with us everyday. Not just to eat but to see how you are doing. When you cook, it brings smiles to everyone. Everywhere you go, you have your negatives and positives. Coming here, what I have learned is that wherever you are, you look at the good bits and you leave the bad bits behind. Wherever I go it is an opportunity for me to learn. Wherever I go, I represent Africa, I represent Ghana. I love it when people come to me and say you’re so different, where do you come from?
